Kainsaz CO3.2 Carbonaceous Chondrite Meteorites for Sale

Location: Muslyumov, Tartarstan Republic, Russia (55° 26'N, 53° 15'E)

Fell: 1937, September 13, 14:15 hrs

Type: Carbonaceous chondrite (CO3.2)

Description: 15 pieces were seen to fall near Kainsaz, the largest102.5kg, and totaling over 200kg. Analysis 25.56% total iron. From the Catalogue of Meteorites (2000). This is a much-studied meteorite.
