Rammya H5 Chondrite Impact Melt Meteorites for Sale
Location: Morocco ~31º10'N 3º55'W
Found: 1996, summer
Type: Ordinary Chondrite, H5.
Description: More than 150 fragments that probably came from a single weathered mass, with a total weight of 2481 g, were found together ~ 40 km southeast of Erfoud. Classification and mineralogy (G. Kurat, NHMV): olivine, Fa18.0; pyroxene, Fs15.9Wo1.1; kamacite contains 0.5 wt% Co; a complex, veined breccia.
